Teaching Experience
I am currently a student at Judson University getting my undergraduate degree in Elementry Education with a concentration in English as a Second Language. I will be graduating from Judson in December of 2012, and hopefully I will be blessed with a job soon there after where I will be able to teach children like yours.
ExpectationsI am very excited to be working with your child. I will work to help your child achieve what he/she is capable of and push them to not only meet, but exceed their capabilities. Some characteristics that describe me are caring, enthusiastic, devoted, responsible, organized and always give my best. I have some of the same expectations for my students. I want them to enjoy learning and maintain a positive attitude. I hope that they will also give their best effort, be responsible for their work and actions and work to be organized. Through this, I hope my students take pride in all that they do and work hard to reach their dreams, whatever they may be. My main expectation, and wish, is that they will learn something new each day and value all that they have learned this school year! I hope we can both learn from one another!
Fun Facts and More...
I am a very involved student here on our campus at Judson Univeristy. I was the freshman and sophomore class president, and now I will be the future RA for the dorm that I am living in next year.
I also have a very strong passion for softball. I started playing about ten years ago, and I now play, as a pitcher, at Judson University.
Besides all things that revolve around school, I do love to paint as well as play the piano randomally. I also love my family so much! My parents names are Paul and Denise Hays, and my brothers names are Corey, 23, Joshua, 12, and Jonah, 9. I really do love them a lot and they have all been there for me on my walk of life.
Last, I love to travel!! I have been to Canada, Mexico, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, and Kenya. I actually just recently got back from Kenya over the Christmas, so the trip is still so fresh and new to the group.
